SAN FERNANDO, CA – The City of San Fernando is proud to launch San Fernando Together, an initiative developed to provide residents with emergency relief and essential services during this challenging time. This effort reflects the City’s commitment to building an inclusive, resilient, and supportive community where all residents—regardless of immigration status or economic background—can access the resources they need.

Through partnerships with trusted local organizations, San Fernando Together connects individuals and families with immediate relief such as food distributions and one-time financial assistance, as well as referrals to a wide range of community services. These efforts aim to address urgent needs while also promoting long-term well-being, stability, and opportunity for all who call San Fernando home.

Financial Assistance Grants

In collaboration with Home Again LA, the City will offer one-time emergency grants to qualifying residents experiencing financial hardship due to immigration-related disruptions, such as a loss of household income or the detention of a wage-earning family member.

  • $500 for families
  • $250 for individuals

Through the program, Home Again LA will continue to provide rental assistance to the community and will connect families with existing legal aid services and case management resources.

Starting Monday, July 21, 2025, submit your completed application in person at the City’s Business and Community Resource Center, 117 Macneil Street, San Fernando, CA 91340.

Applicants must reside in the City of San Fernando and provide documentation of income loss or hardship.
