The City Manager’s Office serves as the administrative leadership hub of the organization, providing strategic direction, policy implementation, and day-to-day oversight of municipal operations. Appointed by the City Council, the City Manager acts as the chief executive officer of the City, ensuring that Council priorities are carried out efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with the community’s needs. The office coordinates across all departments, including City Clerk, Public Works, Community Development, Recreation and Community Services, Police, and Administrative Services, to advance City initiatives, maintain fiscal responsibility, and deliver high-quality public services.

The City Manager’s Office leads intergovernmental relations, legislative advocacy, crisis management, and organizational development efforts. It plays a central role in budget preparation, strategic planning, economic development initiatives, and community engagement, while fostering partnerships with regional agencies, nonprofit organizations, and local businesses.
The Business and Community Resource Center is also stationed out of the City Manager's Office. Located at City Hall, the team provides business support, housing programming, social services, and direct partnerships with several community-based organizations.
