The City of San Fernando, in partnership with the North Los Angeles Regional Center, is welcoming the Regional Center on Wheels to our community—a mobile program that meets families where they are, making it easy to access services, ask questions, and connect to support for individuals with developmental disabilities in a welcoming, in-person setting.
