The City of San Fernando is pleased to announce the appointment of Linden Johnson as the City’s new Economic Development Manager. Linden officially joined the City on Monday, June 8, bringing more than 14 years of experience in economic development, business growth, and community partnerships throughout Los Angeles County.
Most recently, he worked as a realtor and previously served as a Senior Director with the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC), where he partnered with businesses, industry leaders, and public agencies to advance economic growth, business retention and expansion, workforce development, and regional economic initiatives.
Linden’s background includes working closely with local governments, state agencies, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community stakeholders to advance economic opportunity and strengthen local economies. Throughout his career, Linden has successfully supported projects ranging from small business development and permitting assistance to strategic planning initiatives and large-scale economic development programs. He is recognized for building strong partnerships, fostering business investment, supporting workforce development, and delivering measurable results.
