The City of San Fernando has opened the application period for its Small Business Assistance Program, continuing a sustained commitment to strengthening neighborhood businesses and commercial corridors across the community. Applications will be accepted March 5 through April 6, 2026, and are available at: https://www.sanfernando.gov/Business-Support/Small-Business-AssistanceProgram.
The Small Business Assistance Program provides grants to eligible business and commercial property owners for exterior improvements that strengthen storefront presentation and reinforce neighborhood vitality. Eligible uses include façade upgrades, signage improvements, exterior painting, and beautification efforts that contribute to safer, more welcoming commercial areas.
