The Planning and Preservation Commissions assists the City Council with the long-range growth and development of the city through the review and recommendations to the City Council on general and specific plans approval, urban forestry programs and city’s tree master plan development, proposed subdivisions, zone code amendments and the commission’s review and approval of a variety of discretionary development proposals.

Meetings are open to the public.

Regular meetings are held on the second Monday of each month. Special meetings are scheduled as needed.
